HBO Max

Last month I updated my phone plan to the Unlimited Elite, which has HBO Max included. However, when I was eligible to begin using it I was having trouble logging into my account and reached out to a representative. After talking with the representative for over an hour trying to find different methods to resolve my issue, he told me that I would receive a call from a 1-800 number regarding this issue the following day. When the next day came I never received a call, and I'm still not able to access my HBOMax account. This is a huge disappointment for me because the main reasons I upgraded was because of the personal hot spot and the opportunity to watch HBO Max. If anyone could assist me with this issue I would appreciate it.

Did you switch to the Unlimited Elite plan before or after May 26,2020?

I had the same problem. 

I spent several phone calls and chat sessions.  Was promised call backs numerous times.  Never got one.  ATT also has ZERO email support which is ridiculous for people like myself that work 10-12 hour days during the week.

Problem was never solved so I'm leaving ATT because they don't give a (Edited per community guidelines) about customer service
