HBO Go and HBO Max through ATT TV w/ ATT Unlimited Elite Wireless plan
So, this will be confusing, but I'll do my best to simplify it. Also, my issue ranges across a wide array for topics so I just picked one. Simply put, I have the ATT Unlimited Elite wireless plan. I am/was subscribed to HBO GO through ATT TV ( a perk they offer). All worked fine. Since HBO Max came out, I've activated that as well through ATT TV (same perk, basically an upgrade from GO to MAX) and it's working as described. Currently, my HBO GO will not let me log in through ATT TV anymore but my HBO MAX through ATT TV lets me login just fine. I'm not terribly concerned as these are essentially the same channels, with HBO MAX having all that HBO GO has plus way more. I'm just trying to figure out WHY this is happening or if anyone else is having this problem? Did ATT Wireless get rid of the HBO Go promotion through ATT TV when the HBO Max promotion kicked in high gear? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Hello, @cabanachives!
Let's see how we can help with your questions about HBO GO access! You should still be able to access HBO GO even as you now have access to HBO Max. Can you tell us the device you're trying to log in on, so we can better assist you?

I just switched to elite also and lost all my ATT TV channels. Is that right? The customer service rep said I would still tv plus HBO but I can only see HBO now.

This doesn't surprise me. I had to jump through minefields to get this straightened out on my end. I didn't use the My ATT channels as I just wanted HBO MAX so our issues are a bit different but I would recommend not even contacting ATT wireless. I would make sure you have an account set up here, https://www.atttvnow.com/, login in and use the Chat feature at the bottom of the page to get help. This is the ONLY way I got anything done. I also could only get the Chat option to load using Microsoft Edge for some reason ( I typically use Firefox) and although it shouldn't matter what browser you use, this was a big issue for me as well. The "chat guys" on here are more specially trained to help you with ATT TV NOW stuff. If you use the regular ATT Wireless customer service for this, in my opinion, you will get nowhere. Best of luck to you. I hope this helps!
