Why Can't We See Full screen PAUSE on Android 4KTV TCL?

Reasoning why we cannot see a "FULL" pause screen on HBO MAX, while watching, because we can't see most of the bottom 3rd of the screen. When looking at hidden things in TV shows, movies, etc. seeing the full pause screen, is so important. I would like to know why it hasn't been fixed yet? It seems broken. hitting the back button starts the movie again, but it di used to stay paused before last update to Android TV OS.

Good afternoon @justjonnyc43

Have you tried clearing the apps cache and data? On your Android Tv, go to Settings > Apps. Select HBO Max from the list of apps. Select Clear cache, then proceed to select Clear data. Afterwards open HBO Max and see if the problem is resolved.

Also we have other methods on our Help Center to assist you with your concerns.

Hi Robert,

I did in fact clear the data and cache, just to see if this would work. I feel this is more of a programming situation, from the Android TV to HBO Max app perspective, as it did pause, and let me see fullscreen by clinging the arrow button, but doing that now just starts playing the  video again. Before the last Android TV OS update, it did pause full-screen.
