Problems with hbomax
Hi
I finally broke down and got hbo max, wanted to watch Godzilla vs Kong and several other shows, but ever since I have gotten it, been nothing, but trouble. The audio seems low on certain things and when you turn on surround sound it's still low. There's a white line going down the side of the screen matter what. Then I'm constantly having to restart the app, tells me they encountered an error. I've looked everything up that I can. It's the latest version and I'm still having issues. So guess, I will be canceling my subscription. Thank you for reading my venting.

I'm also having trouble with hbomax . As I can't sign in on my phone, tablet or laptop. Once I enter a password, it'll tell me to sign in again.

I’m really not a fan of HBO’s app(s) or website. Constantly running into issues with loading and the site/app “memory” of shows I’m currently watching. I have problems with long load times for no apparent reason. Overall, the user interface feels super clunky compared to Netflix or any of the other big streaming services. I hope they’ll invest in themselves more going forward as I enjoy the content, but not the actual apps or website. I use their apps on IOS and Apple TV and the website on a MacBook Pro on either Safari or chrome.

Have you tried using a different web browser? Some customers experience faster streaming when switching browsers.
Clearing your app cache and cookies can also help with streaming speeds.
