My HBO Max subscription cannot be verified

I cannot connect to my HBO Max subscription (which I have through my ATT service). The page asks me to choose a plan or restore my purchase. When I click to restore my purchase, the error message says my subscription cannot be verified. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @CJinBK77! Let's address your HBO Max Sign In inquiry!


Please let us to know if you have HBO Max through our AT&T Unlimited Wireless Plans/ Internet / TV. If it's through our Unlimited Wireless Plans, Set Up Your HBO Max on your AT&T account before logging in. Go to Next, set up HBO Max in select unlimited plans > Set up HBO Max > Choose your plan and follow steps to set up HBO Max on your account.


Next, follow prompts under Finally, sign up and stream HBO Max to sign in your HBO Max app and start streaming. For HBO max access through Internet> Internet 1000, set up your HBO Max first on your AT&T account before signing in to HBO Max. 


To activate your HBO Max with TV access, go to Activate HBO Max on your account > Yes, I have it with my TV package and follow prompts to start streaming. Here are also the Compatible Devices that work with HBO Max. Find more troubleshooting information regarding Signing In on the HBO Max Help Center page provided.
