Hbomax not working same as @Pedro924 and @ Kelliegirl

My issue is the same as @Pedro924 and @Kelliegirl 

HBO account was set up on my own account and now have to share using one family account. I had tried to get someone to help but no one reached out. I have gone thru the steps you listed for Pedro.   Please refer to a specialist.  Please respond.
