HBO max
Just signed up for service yesterday and learning a new phone as well. I am having problems with HBO max authenticating my account. Yes I have the unlimited elite plan so it is included but every time I try to log on I get the same error message. Please help

Wait 2 business days after getting the Unlimited Elite Plan to Set Up Your HBO Max On Your Account, then sign in to stream HBO Max. Follow steps under Next, step up HBO Max on select unlimited plans > AT&T Unlimited Elite to set up your HBO Max on your account before signing in.
Next, please follow prompts under Finally, sign in and stream HBO Max to sign in through the HBO Max app or Online when using your web browser and check out our Compatible Streaming Devices; these are devices that will work with HBO Max.

My issue has been resolved. HBO Max is now working again and I was able to get my billing issue resolved as well.
