Having problems with HBOmax login

I have tried to contact digital assistance center and never get anyone. I have tried twice and have been on hold for 30 minutes each time. Getting the "Can't Verify Your Subscription" I have tried everything mentioned on this forum.

We would need a little more information from you to be of further assistance:

  • Do you have multiple AT&T services and AT&T User IDS? This may cause an error in verifying your account, as you'll need to sign in with the wireless ID associated with HBO Max. (ID USED TO CREATE).

We understand the wait times with our Digital Assistance Team are high. However, they will be able to ‘re-synchronize’ your my AT&T & HBO Max accounts, so that you can log into HBO Max using your my AT&T credentials. We suggest reaching back out to them if you are still unable to login.
