Have audio, but not video on some HBO Max movies

Let's give troubleshooting a shot! 

Check your network connection

1. Select Settings, then System, and then Network.
2. Locate your current network by finding the check mark and signal strength info next to it.
   • Don’t see the check mark or want to connect to a different network? Select Rescan and select the new network.
   • Having problems with your internet connection? Find out how to improve AT&T TV streaming and solve connection errors.

Clear AT&T TV app cache and data

1. Select Settings, then Apps, and then Manage Installed Apps.
2. Choose the AT&T TVSM app.
3. Select Clear cache and Clear data from the window that appears.
