cancelled my direct tv services now att wireless elite should subscription cant activate it

I cancelled my direct tv services which was how i had hbomax subscription now att wireless elite should be covering my subscription but i cant activate it the service. Att reps have said its active on my phone plan but its not ive spent 4 hours on the phone for last three days with att and hbo max noone can resolve for me
