We have some helpful information on how to troubleshoot buffering and streaming issues with HBO max.

• What happens when you try to play a movie in HBO max?(freezes, error message) 
• Are you able to stream movies on HBO max using another device?(To confirm issue is with the device).  
• Are you getting an error message? If yes what is the error message?(Error message will let us know what the issue is).

When I play a movie in hbomaX. It plays for a few seconds then it freezes. 

Hbomax does play on my tablet, laptop , another android tv mbox just fine. 

I've gone through everything listed on the troubleshoot link.

VPNs often interfere with streaming. Disable the VPN and let us know if you see a difference. This will help us determine if the problem is with the VPN or your Internet service.

Still freezes

Try restarting your gateway, Asilghee, then see if the freezing persists. Also, try streaming HBO Max without the box. If it works fine without it, you'll want to reach out to the MBox manufacturer to see what could be causing this.
