Using On Demand and Playback

I have had issues with On Demand and playback since my install. I cannot use either. I have had 5 technicians out, my box replaced 6 times, a dedicated line just for my modem, replaced my modem, upgraded and replaced my router and had new internet lines done by my provider. Still can't use it. Keeps telling me that receiver is not ready for downloads or that there isn't any content available at this time. I just signed up in March and I am so frustrated I don't know what to do.

Sounds like the On Demand library isn't populating. A double reset should force the On Demand library to population. Do a red button reset and as soon as it completes that reset and you get a picture, press the red button reset again. It can take up to 24 hrs for the library to completely download. Hope this helps.
