Sproadic Error Code 771 on HD-HR25-700 - All Channels

Since the move of my equipment to our new home 2 months ago, the problem occurs with only this 1 box (all other boxes are fine). It affects all channels but cycles in and out. It will go for days without happening and then it will happen a few times. Sometimes it will come back on all by itself without touching anything... outage lasts anywhere from 1 minute to 5+ minutes.  I've replaced the connector on the end of the cable and that reduced the problem from constant to the periodic outage above. Is a service call in my future?

I swapped boxes and the problem stayed with the room. After some debugging, it turned out to be a bad cable somewhere between the splitter in the attic and the box. I ran a new 20' cable and walla! Thinking about it... that cable was the original from when "CableTV" was 1st installed in the home in 1987.  Never thought a cable could just go bad, but after speaking with several folks, they say it happens all the time with older cables.  Thanks for your help!

What the model numbers of your other boxes?

What happens if you swap this "bad" H25 with a good box?  Does the problem follow the "bad" box, or stay in that room?
