Hold on. This is a public forum of other customers. This is not live chat for official DirecTV support. So constantly posting messages one after another, does not help.

If you would like help from other customers, then post actual details of what the problem is. Symptoms, error messages, models of boxes, what you've tried to resolve yourself, etc.

However if you want official support, than call DirecTV.
