Search function does not pull up programs

When I search for a program it says no programs for the filter.

What are the models of each DirecTV box you have?

Do they each have the problem?


Which Program are you searching?


Are you connecting to your home internet? (WiFi, direct Ethernet,  coax, etc.)


At what point are you getting the error message?

Is this for On Demand content, or just certain channels?


What troubleshooting has already been tried?
