Santa tracker

Anyone able to tell me why the Santa tracker on DTV is not working. Just gives me the "upgrade your genie" with the Santa tracker backdrop. Thanks and Merry Christmas

You need an HR34/44/54 Genie DVR connected to the internet.  What do you have?
