santa tracker ch 110

When I go to the channel 110 for the new santa tracker it would give me an error saying that we need to install the latest genie platform software. After an hour with customer service and not fixing it. Now the error says that you must be connected to the internet which I am. Has anybody had any luck with using this new channel

Hi @loburb73

 

Please confirm you are connected to the Internet by pressing the Dash (-) button on your remote. Once you confirm you’re connected to the Internet, you can follow steps in this post to launch the Santa Tracker TV app.
