Picture Freezing

Intermittent picture freezing or pixulating on channels 204, 530, 803, and 804. Non-hd. Clear weather and good signal strength. Is it my equipment or direct's?

Hello @TYEDYESQDANCER,

Have you already reset your DIRECTV receiver? If not please follow the steps listed in this Reset your DIRECTV receiver support article. Let us know if this helps!

Resetting is almost certainly not going to help. This is almost certainly a dish alignment problem. These signals are all from the D15 satellite at 101.

Thanks for the input. The dish / box that I'm having problems with is in our 5th wheel trailer and has been reset and re-aimed many times as we have moved from coast to coast. So what is D15? Is that the same as transponder 15? If so, I currently have 95 on strength meter. Could it be my old dish? I have another stored at home. Thanks
