On demand

I try to get on demand for movies but it does not allow it for some reason.  I’m Connected to the internet I think so not sure why.

We're here to help! To make sure that we understand your DirecTV On Demand inquiry completely, we'd like to ask you a few questions. Please answer them as accurately as you can:

  1. Are you having issues accessing On Demand for any specific channels, or are all On Demand channels affected?
  2. What model of receiver is installed at your location? If you aren't sure, you can find out here.
  3. What software version is your receiver on? You can find that information by following these steps.
