On Demand will not Connect

Had my Direct TV hooked yesterday, been over 24 hrs and still no On demand access. I have the receiver hooked LAN, and when I log into my router I can see direct tv.  Please advise...I had this problem over a year ago (to include DVR issues) ended up canceling service...would hate to do that again..

It takes 24-48 hours to download.

Ok will wait another 12 hrs to have the same issue..will close this post and update if that happens

Hey, had to force a software update...reset receiver, on welcome screen pressed 0 2 4 6 8 and it forced an updated to the current software...everything works now!
