On Demand issues

Having issues with DirecTV On Demand. When watching any On Demand channel, there are only three options available; "Missed it? Watch Now!", "Local Category", and "Browse by Channel". For example, when watching HBO On Demand yesterday I had a full complement of options, browse movies, series, documentaries, specials, etc., now there are only the three options listed above regardless of which On Demand channel I watch. I've reconnected the receiver to the Internet, and reset all receivers and services to no avail. Any help?
