On Demand constantly buffering, Using AT&T for internet

To fix the buffering with On Demand, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Then reset your DirecTV receiver. Let us know if you're still getting the buffering afterward.

Not using router, using Samsung phone as WIFI hot spot on my AT&T elite account.. I'm in a remote location, My speed test show 20Mb upload.
I have no problem with Netflex or Amazon prime on my smart TV.
Netflex and Amazon are through Hot Spot
