NFL Sunday ticket is not working. When I go to the channel it asks me to purchase it.

To our Sunday Ticket football fans who experienced difficulty watching the games on Sunday afternoon, we are sorry we let you down. We are in the process of contacting our customers directly to apologize. This issue has since been resolved.

While changing channels yesterday I kept getting this message followed by this one that COULD NOT BE REMOVED. "All or part of this program was not recorded due to a problem at the broadcast time. Please wiat while scan the recording for viewable content."
Can we purchase individual games? How can I make that second message NOT APPEAR EVER?

Call technical support at 1-800-531-5000, something needs to be tweaked on your account then.
It did this to me on channel 717 yesterday every time CBS switched to that broadcast in my local area for an update, then went away when they switched back to the national game. I don't think it's our accounts -- it's something with how your system is handling blackouts.
When I try to watch the channels on Sunday Ticket it shows the directv logo and plays elevator music. It even says "Title Not Available", which is different than "To Be Announced"...I know there are games currently showing because I know the schedules. I have tried resetting the box and have been on hold forever already with no luck. Can someone please help?

I am having this same issue. Please help.
This is the second time NFL ticket has cut out on a sunday for me. Chat is busy and now I have to call and sit on the line waiting for a service rep while the game I was watching finishes. What's going on over there? It's live sports, there's no bringing back the product you are depriving your customers of? When are you going to start issuing refunds to your customers for this?
My NFL Sunday ticket channels ask me to purchase. WHY? They worked fine last week and I am not behind in my payments. This doesn't make any sense.

My NFL sunday ticket channels are displaying to purchase when I already am paying a NFL sunday ticket plan. please respond ASAP.
Mine is doing the same thing. Every Ticket channel is telling me I have to purchase for $49. Only channels working are 701 and 702
