We would be happy to help you with this secondary audio issue @kate4danm!

AT&T Directv equipment does not have many options in the audio settings, but one thing to try is making sure your closed captioning is set to off, this could potentially be causing descriptive audio:

  1. While on a channel, press "Info" on the remote
  2. While the banner is displaying on the channel, arrow to the right, until you get to CC
  3. While on CC, arrow down to OFF and select to ensure CC is off.

If that did not work, you may also check your TV's settings to see if your TV has a feature for SAP (secondary audio program) turned on. You would have to refer to your TV manual or manufacture to get the step.

Lastly, since this seems to be the only Title with this issue, confirm these settings are not the issue and that other Titles/Channels are not having the same issue.

We can get this issue escalated if this issue if it happens to be a problem with the Title itself.
