Marquee Network Outage

Was confirmed to be able to get the Marquee Network, but we are again on Day 3 of not getting it and no real communication about anything. Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and have usually had great experiences. This hasn't been one. Just wondering on any updates on if this problem is actually being looked at and addressed.
