Trying to watch a live channel and site says it can't reach my reciever even though I can ping it locally.

Try to watch from the media web site and it redirects me to which gives an error like the following (the number updates each time you try):

What site are you getting the receiver error from?

What channel are you trying to watch?

If you aren't in your home, not all channels will be available to watch online or through an app.

Also, you may want to try refreshing your service authorizations online to see if that helps.
