I cannot watch DirecTV on my computer, ?but I can on my iPhone.

I'm having the same issues. Using latest Chrome with newly updated flash and video guard. I get error messages saying I "have the wrong receiver/upgrade to Genie, etc.". I have a streaming only account, so I don't have any receiver. Have had the problem trying to watch live TV and On Demand movies. In the past, I was able to do both without issue. Thanks!

I solved this by looking for Chrome issues.

 

Navigate to:

 

chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash

 

Set this to: disable

 

Everything works now.

Since he hasn't posted since August (7 months ago) perhaps he got the issue figured out. Many people once they have their problem fixed will just move on instead of marking a post as a solution, or posting that they got it taken care of.

im having an issue were it say's (hold on we'er signing you in) then 

We noticed you tried to sign in
with your AT&T Access ID and password.

If you'd like to manage your existing AT&T account, please go to att.com.

 

how would i fix this issue tried going to the link you posted but there are so many things i can disable not sure witch one.

Error, please restart the video player. Done this 1,000 times with nothing changing. I hate ATT. Had no problems with Directtv.
