HR24-100 Video Connection Issues with Onkyo TX-SR696

Cannot get a consistent connection to for the HDMI out from the Onkyo when the HR24 is plugged into the HDMI input. We have a Q60R Samsung and it works OK if we plug the HR24 receiver directly into the TV input. Also, cannot get the Onkyo Audio to work correctly when using it for sound and connected to HR24. Has similar issues with a Yamaha receiver which I returned.

Could you let us know more about what exactly you are experiencing with your audio and video connection issues?

Is the audio delayed or intermittent? When watching video, are you experiencing black screens, or is there some other visual issue?
