We are here to help with your DirecTV services, @cindy.

Have you tried to reset your main receiver?

  • Resetting the main receiver will generally resolve most trouble inside the receiver.

How many receivers do you have?

  • There are limits on how many active devices your main receiver is able to handle.

What is the model number of your DVR (main receiver)?

  • This will help us know many devices your receiver is capable of.

Other troubleshooting steps.

  • Refresh your DirecTV services.
    • Refreshing your services will resynchronize your accounts services, and channels.
  • Perform a disaster recovery.
    • Disaster recovery will allow you to keep your current recordings, and settings.
    • This is a U-verse TV article. The instructions are the same for DirecTV
  • Factory reset your receiver.

Let us know if this helps.

Need more information ...

What are the model numbers of all of your DVR/Receivers?

When did the problem start?

When was your equipment installed?

Have you tried resetting your equipment?
