How do I order channel 394
I have tried texting, online and calling. No one seems to be able to give me any answers or be very helpful. All I want to do is order the CW channel for my daughter.

In addition to the above, 394 is the network feed. The CW is normally provided by a local channel. If your daughter has no local CW channel, I’m not sure how or if she qualifies for the network feed.

Check www.directv.com/locals to see what you get. If you get a CW channel (network or affiliate), then you can not get 394 which is a DNS channel. DNS is only available with a waiver from the network, essentially when you prove there is no CW that you can get (which may include even by regular antenna).
This is by Federal regulations where a TV provider may only provide the local for your Designated Market Area (DMA). So DirecTV is forbidden from providing you something out of area, unless you get one of those waivers which is very rare these days as almost everyone has the equivalent local feed in their service.
