Just an FYI DirecTV, when you tell customers they have free channel previews for 4 days (in this case: Showtime & Epix); it's helpful to supply the DATES of the 4 days.

Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

OP is right. I just got the message on my DVR today and there are no dates. Totally agree that messages like that should include the dates.
@karlyn Someone must have gotten the message. Had another message on my DVR this morning about the free preview, this time with dates.
@sandblaster Yes, I received that new message (with the dates added) this morning as well. Thank you.
Hey @karlyn, It's great when you are appreciate with a free preview!
October 1 and no Showtime or Epix channels available. Reset box, still nothing!
A free preview means nothing if you don’t give it for free! All I get is a tab over the movie asking me to sign up for Showtime and then doesn’t let me exit without closing down my TV and re-resetting it which is ridiculous
How can we improve?
