Error Code 771: Bad Weather and Loss of Signal
On certain channels, and only certain channels, (Hallmark, SEC Network, TCM just to identify a few) the 771-Signal loss on satellite in 2 error continues to show with no service at all to those channels. It is absolutely not an issue on most of the service. This is not weather related and doesn't seem to be satellite alignment since so many channels are not producing this error message and are working as normal. Does something need to be reset on your end? Please advise. This has been going for a few days on these select channels and I would like a resolution as soon as possible.
