DIRECTV NFL SUNDAY TICKET

I cancelled my NFL Sunday Ticket, but after the free Week 1 I decided to go ahead and order the NFL Sunday Ticket.  I was having trouble ordering the NFL Sunday Ticket online and could not get anyone to answer, so I ordered it using the TV option.  However, I was completely unaware I was not ordering the NFL Sunday Ticket, but was ordering PPV:  NFL-PAY-PER-DAY for a whopping $69.99.  The full 17 week package only cost $293.94.  As I mentioned, I was unaware I wasn't ordering the "full" NFL Sunday Ticket.  I sat down the next week and no NFL Sunday Ticket.  I was able to get someone one on the phone and ordered the actual NFL Sunday Ticket at $293.94.  Yet, I was still charged for the previous week when I ordered the PPV version.  And wait for it...I asked for a refund for the previous week and was basically told to go pound sand.  AT&T really knows how to pad their bottom line and keep those stockholders happy.
