How do you fix a diagnostic code 72-074 for direct TV?

We'd recommend Refreshing your Receiver to resend channel information and authorizations.

1 out of 4 receivers is affected and it seems that I'm missing channels on the affected receiver. Do you need the specific channels that are missing?
I tried resetting the affected receiver using all 3 methods to no effect. Still missing channels.

72 is an information diagnostic. Tells you the receiver has no dial tone but its internet connection is OK.
Nothing to do with losing channels. Do you have a custom guide on that receiver? If not what channels are you missing? Can you tune them directly by inputting the channel number?
