Breaking my two year contract after 18 months of poor service
I had to break the two year contract with Directv. Service was poor and my monthly bills kept getting higher. Recently a collection agency Credence notified me that I had a $362 bill from Directv because I cancelled the contract before the end date. Would you (AT&T) consider giving me a break? I paid the $62 to Credence this past week. I'm living on what I make with a disability retirement.
