acquiring guide data

WOW, now has been almost 3 weeks since my install of directv. 2 standart tvs upstairs work, the high def set, don't ask!!! the tv comes on looks good than after 30 seconds go to acquiring guide data. If I see the message acquiring guide data 1 more time , I just might go back to comcast. Lets see, i had a tech out twice, reciver replaced once... still no high def. the second level tech support tells me we are working on it. the tech who was here said its a sight issue?? all I know is IT AINT WORKIN!!!! anyone else have this little pain in the #@$ problem???????????
