Accessing NBA league pass since restart

Is anyone else having issues getting the games on league pass. I paid for the whole season and since restart I can’t access the games.  Att customer service reset my receiver and said I was good to go but I still can’t get the games.

Since NBA restarted, my league pass authorization hasn't been restarted for the 2019-20 season.

We want to help you in the best way, so we just have a few questions:

  1. Have you confirmed the NBA League Pass 2019-2020 season is active on your account? With this season being interrupted, we want to make sure the correct service is on your account.
  2. When you try to watch the games, are you getting an error message, like 721 or 727?

If the issue is the error code 721 and you have confirmed the correct service is on the account, you may just need to have your services refreshed.

 

If the issue is error code 727, that would indicate the game is blacked out on that channel but may be available on another.

 

We are excited to be able to bring you the remainder of the season and making sure you are able to see your favorite teams play is important to us.

You know, I've called and chatted until I'm blue in the face.  I have a code 721 and have had at least 3 ATT employees tell me my account is active.  I have also reset my system several times.  None of that works.  Do you have a solution, not suggestions that we've all already tried.  Sounds like you owe your customers an apology and a refund.
