I ordered a movie yesterday and cannot see it today. I went back to the same station with no luck.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Rental titles have varying rental periods (24, 48 or 72 hours and some 7 days). The rental period may vary from title, receiver and device. We advise you to check your rental history for start/end times. You should see the content in the set-top box Purchases folder in the Playlist.

If it is a 2 day rental, shouldn’t I be able to view it as many times as I want during that period? I tried the suggested solution, and still can’t watch it without the rental prompt.
