Every evening around 11:00 my service is disrupted for 2-3 minutes. WHY???

The best scenario is that it has something to do with your Internet service. The streaming service is one that is the same for every one who has the service. When it goes out, check and see if you have Internet service by going on line or running a speed test like https://www.speedtest.net/.
