This is Jamie *****. I have been a loyal customer of you alls company for many many years. I placed an order to have u-verse installed at my home, in which i have already had service here before, the installation man comes and tells me i am to far from the line and can not receive those services. I called immediately to the number listed, i then was hung up on a number of times. The supervisors were not helpful at all. Then i was told i would have my installation dated for 11/5, which by the way was already put off 2 times. Now they are telling me i have a appt date for monday the 11th. That is very very upsetting i am missing my college work because of this and i am very dissatisfied with this. I was told yesterday by a rep that i would have them installed today. Well, still nothing. So, i am fixing to switch to another company for my services. This was the worst experience i have ever had with ATT. And will not be saying anything positive if asked my opinion of the company. Please help or i will have to go somewhere else. I really wanted to stay with ATT, However, if this situation continues to be unresolved i will have to move on.
