U-verse TV Cablecard support?

I am moving to the AT&T service area in Florida. Just signed up for the fiber internet service and U-verse TV. My current provider in Ohio provides Cablecard for their Fi-optics service which I use in my two TiVo units. Does AT&T offer Cablecard for the U-Verse service?

Uverse requires that you use leased equipment including a DVR and Set Top Boxes (STBs).

If you are wanting to watch TV on a PC you can purchase your own cable card.  But, no, AT&T does not provide customers with cable cards.

Thank you for the reply. Does that mean if I supply the Cablecard, I can use a Cablecard device on U-verse?

You can only access uverse IPTV through its ATT supplied gateway (modem/router).  The gateway supports wifi and ethernet connections, nothing more.  Uverse supplies it's own dvr for connecting to the gateway.   I don't think it is possible (google search) to hook up a tivo to uverse.  They are just not compatible.

ATT skirts the cablecard federal requirement by being IPTV. So Tivo will NOT work
