TV U-Verse box return

We moved into an apartment in Greenville SC and thought we were going to need two TVs. ATT installed two U-Verse boxes.

It turns out we do not want two, and I want to return one U-Verse box. It is impossible to reach a human and all of the robotic answers are either for faulty equipment or cancellation of service.

Would love to find a real live person to get instructions.

I have 3 remotes, 3 receivers but after my move, only find one power cord.  Will that work?

Certainly, return what you have but don't be surprised if they bill you for the power cords since those are supposed to be returned along with the receivers.  They don't want the remotes.  List of items HERE
