The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I have been trying to obtain the U-Verse bundle with internet and home phone included with UVerse cable since the beginning of September 2019. It is now November 23, 2019 and still do not have any of the services, but they did leave all the non working equipment in my home a couple months ago....the ONE time they showed up or even bothered to call. Here are my previous install dates they have given me:
Sept 16 - NO CALL - NO SHOW Explanation was a main terminal was down.
Sept 23 - NO CALL - NO SHOW Explanation was a wiring problem.
Oct 3 - NO CALL - NO SHOW Explanation was a wiring problem.
Oct 20 - They showed up but did not instal anything due to.......a wiring problem! Also technician stated that on Sept 16 there never was a terminal down and that the csr just lied to buy time.
Nov 7 - NO CALL - NO SHOW Explanation was a wiring problem.
Nov 19 - NO CALL - NO SHOW Explanation was a wiring problem.
Nov 30 - THIS WILL BE THEIR LAST CHANCE TO GET IT RIGHT! If not....I will simply go with WOW or keep Cox Cable.
I have taken off work a total of SIX TIMES over the past 3 months and still have absolutely no service whatsoever. I had thought Cox Cable was bad but they NEVER pulled any of the crap that this company does. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I could understand once or maybe even twice for this to happen but six times??? And not even to bother calling us to cancel the scheduled appt!

I am SO SICK of dealing with everyone Ive spoken with at ATT over the past 4 months! As you can see in my earlier post, it took over 3 months to get the services and we finally got them all installed and working.....FOR TWO DAYS!!!! We have been WITHOUT internet, home phone and cable services completely for EIGHT DAYS STRAIGHT NOW! After speaking with Tammy who is based in Texas and was kind enough to offer us a $400 credit for our 3 months of troubles, I got off the phone with her and an hour later we lost ALL 3 services once again, after only 2 days of it being installed! To boot, they had the nerve to send me a bill and wouldnt you know it.....no sign anywhere of the $400 credit we were supposed to receive! I just want out of this company for good. Ive given them ample opportunity to make this right and they just cant do it! So again I sit here without cable, internet or phone for the EIGHTH STRAIGHT DAY! Just total crap!

To make matter worse, I now have hackers calling me and claiming to be ATT and just tried gaining remote access to my pc! Great security features by ATT that hackers somehow knew I was having issues with ATT. Although, I still have not received one call back or message to help us after being without cable, internet and home phone for over EIGHT DAYS NOW!
