My s30-s1a remote will not work after my TV was unplugged
remote control will not work after TV was Unplugged from Power...the Reset Steps did not work to fix
Only the Mute and Sound controls work....cannot use numbers to select channels and the Channel +/- button does not work
Menu button does not work

Mute/Volume controls TV itself, not the Set Top
Channel buttons control the TV Receiver.
Is the TV Receiver On? Is the IR port of the TV Receiver blocked?
