I have no service and no lights on my modem.

My internet and cable are not working the box isn't lit up I don't know what happened

Check your power to make sure something hasn't come unplugged, or that a switched outlet hasn't been turned off. If power is good, unplug the gateway for 20 seconds then reconnect. If still nothing, call 800.288.2020 for technical assistance; a tech can be dispatched if needed.
