  1. Log in to myAT&T
  2. Select the Phone Features tab. 
  3. In the Feature Controls section, select Caller ID on TV, followed by On or Off and then Save.

Under Feature Controls, select the fifth option - Caller ID on TV, select On or Off and then the Save button in lower right corner

Yes, for the caller ID setup on the TV you will need to go to channel 9901. Select Voice Services. Then Caller ID Settings. To enable option for caller ID put a check on the phone number.

I do not have the option of Caller ID in tv. I can only see the first  four lines. What do I do next? also channel 9901 says channel not available. Went thru menu and set up Caller ID. it is set ON. still no caller ID.

Phone Services is channel 9900.

Do you have Uvoice VOIP?  Uvoice works with Uverse TV. 

 

If you have DirectTV I have no idea.  Perhaps someone with DirectTV can help out.

DirecTV has a "standard analog rj-11 jack to connect to the tel line & requires an option setting somewher in the menu - on older models.

 

I beleive the newer models do not have the tel jack.
