Free installation

We had free installation promotion for uverse, tried it 3 days, and shipped it all back. Credited for equipment and $59.95 added for installation! I called in August and csr agreed to credit it. Now we're in collections! Please credit and correct credit report.

No resolution so far. I asked for a copy of a contract which my husband said there was none. Your help is appreciated
