Wireless receiver power adapter
Our wireless TV receiver (VIP2500) recently failed. AT&T sent us a new one but it did not come with a power adapter, and the adapter to the old box would not fit. We returned the unit and AT&T sent another box, again without a power adapter. How do we get an adapter for this unit?

And if Uverse is not your product then you need to contact DirecTV directly through its forum.
