Why are my ATT U-VERSE receivers not reading any guide information?

All 5 of my ATT receivers are not giving any information on what is playing (tv/movie descriptions/release dates/cast, etc). It is also not showing any information on my guide past Wednesday, January 6th after 7:00pm est. I am also unable to record any programs, nor can I see the descriptions for any previous recordings already saved to my DVR. Why is this happening?

Restart the DVR and see if that helps.  You may have to restart each receiver too.

If that fails, try a Whole House Reboot:

1.  Unplug DVR

2.  Unplug all receivers

3.  Reboot gateway by unplugging it, wait 20 secs. and return power.  Allow all lights to come on.

4.  Plug DVR in next

5.  Plug receivers in last

If this doesn't work, you may need to replace your DVR.
