When you're not able to access your Recordings

What can you do when you aren't able to access your Recordings? Less than a month ago, we lost power. Once it was restored, when trying to retrieve the Recordings list on my Recordings, the following two statements appear on the screen. "The Recordings list is unavailable". "Make sure this TV receiver and the DVR receiver are connected to the network".

Unplug your AT&T Gateway, WAP (if you have wireless TV receivers), your DVR and all your TV receivers.  Plug your Gateway back in.  Once it has completely booted up, plug in the DVR and let it boot up.  Plug in the WAP and give it a few minutes to boot.  Then plug in your remaining receivers.  See if that fixes the issue.

Can you see the recordings on the tv directly connected to DVR box? or does it not work on ANY tv in house?
